I applied to usps on january 2nd 2015 and after a week i got a message from usps to take a test at home, so i was invited to make an appointment to take the second test and i scores 78.3. On january 12th i was invited to get my criminal record check and also to take the urine drug test, Im clean in both exams, in january 22th i was invited for an interview . I did well at my interview on the 26th and today (after 2 weeks) i got a message from usps asking me to check my criminal record again !
So my question is why usps is making me a double criminal background check instead of offering me a contract with them?
Please any advices will be helpful

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
