LONG... I had worked with one post office, so after filling out the online information and then scheduling the exam and passing, they scheduled the interview with the postmaster I had worked for and the one I would be working for. I took the test in the fall, interviewed in October, and started training in February 2012.

Since I knew both of them, it was more like a reunion than an interview. Wedid go through the questions, but there weren't any difficult ones.

Very straightforward and there was a video to watch regarding the company. Was asked questions regarding customer service and asked what questions did I have. It was in a group setting

Very easy. Apply online. Take a quiz and submit to a background check. You get a conditional offer is approved and then submit to medical stuff. That’s it! All is don’t via email or website. I never spoke to anyone.

Interview was a phone call only. This was non career position. Basically told me the job was available if I was interested. I had looked online for other reviews so I had questions about the job that I needed clarified.
