The process took about a month and a half. I applied in November, had in interview in December, and received an offer in January. I was interviewed on the phone by a couple of people all whom were very kind. It was definitely resume heavy.

Entretien
There was only one interview in the process. It was around 45 minutes, and the vibe was very cold. After the interview, I didn't hear back for at least 3 weeks. I was asked if I could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, whom would I choose to have dinner with? I was also asked who the Postmaster General was at the time. I was then asked to describe everything I knew about the 10-year plan and what steps were included in the plan. They were definitely quizzing me on how much I knew about the agency, but they did include all the usual questions.
The interview process was pretty long, it took different months (around seven months) involving a step of curriculum vitae screening, test to complete, and interviews with different roles of the firm
