I applied online and shortly after received a request for a phone interview via email. I scheduled a time the next day. On that day the recruiter sent an email 5 minutes beforehand and cancelled the call but changed it to the same time the next day. On the following day I didn't receive a call. I emailed the recruiter asking about the interview and never heard back. If this is how they treat potential candidates, then this is not the type of place I'd like to work.
