Don't be overweight.
Pass the ASVAB (basic highschool math, grammar. some mechanical, clerical, electronics skills).
Pick a job.
Pick a date.
Go to boot camp.
Honestly, if you don't have any felonies, graduated high school, aren't obese, can run, do pullups and situps, you can probably get in. We need good people so if you want the challenge, go for it.

Twelve questions on a panel of three people. Lots of questions were geared towards general experience (academic and professional) rather than just professional. As a recent graduate, I felt like I had a real shot at earning the position. Interviewers were very responsive as well.

Entretien
Talked to a recruiter within a week I was enlisted, that's the recruiter's purpose. He asked a few questions about drugs, alcoholism, violence and physical fitness and any history of me being involved in crime. I passed the interview and we moved on with the recruiting process.
