Phone interview following application on USA jobs. Very informal conversation with the supervisor for the role. Entire process took about 30 minutes. The exchange was more of a conversation than a traditional interview. I also asked lots of questions about role because USA jobs descriptions are very general

Phone interview with two supervisors. We talked for about an hour and they asked pretty basic interview questions. They were friendly and the overall vibe of the interview was pretty laid back.

Recieved a phone call. Called them back. We set up an appointment for an over the phone interview, which is typical due to many applicants coming from all over the US. Many technicians I have spoken to are young and enjoy traveling from Tech job to tech job across the US.

The standard moral questions: What would you do if...? Would you report this if you saw it? What would be the steps you would take to resolve a misunderstanding...etc.
