Was Referred about 1 week after applying. Took about another week till I heard from HR to schedule interview. 2 Weeks later I had my interview. (2 people/4 verbal questions, 1 Essay question) Got my pending offer about a week later. Filled out paperwork/Physical and scheduled my drug test. The part that takes the longest is them getting your background check. However the whole process took almost 2 months.
