Intially responded to an add and set up a test date for position. Completed a written exam. Received test score. Contacted for a phone interview. Asked to come in for background screening and security clearance. Hired.

Nothing was difficult or unexpected to me. Simply had to follow the directions given on the written test and answer in a positive and affirmative way for the phone interview questions.
