Phone interview. I submitted my application in mid December, was notified I was "referred" onward at the beginning of February and had a phone interview at the end of February. The phone interview was the only interview for the position. I really enjoyed the phone interview, I was speaking with about 5 folks on the phone and they all rotated asking predetermined questions. The questions were all relevant to the job and how I would handle circumstances if I were in the role (disagreement on a solution, perspective on the future and how to solve the "mission" etc). I might have been extremely fortunate but the panel I spoke with were very personable and easy to engage. I felt very comfortable throughout the interview. At the conclusion of the interview I was informed that the panel would submit the candidate and to expect to hear back from OPM in a month. As such, I am unsure if I was selected or not.
