Interview was conducted through screening with a recruiter, then MEPs, followed by an in person board with the 3 most high ranking individuals in the surrounding units. The questions tend to be about how you operate under stress and personal retelling of handling difficult situations.
Easy and straightforward. They really went through an entire process with numerous questions. It was a board of peers and supervisors based interview. You were allowed to use a notebook and pen to write down the questions.
