This was a series of interviews from three individuals. The individuals were as follows: 1) the Human Resource Director 2) the Deputy Dept Director and 3) the Dept Director. The most difficult interview was the second.

its a simple sit down with a recruiter and they go over what your interest are for the military and you go from there. It can be as quick as 30 mins or couple of hours.

I came up as a student through the ranking system. When I was about 14 the owner asked if I wanted to go from SWATing classes (which was basically helping out for free) to actually being an instructor. I said okay, and that was about it.
