The interview for the job I am in now consisted of 3 phone calls. The first to determine my eligibilty and the second to detrmine what my qualifications were. My third phone call was with the Colonel I was replacing and he asked me questions about my tempermant and my people skills. He then said he would recommend for the job and I was called twoo weeks later.
