No interview...I went into basic training.

The interview is held as a board, where 3 to 4 people ask you questions about your experience, previous mistakes, AF values, and what you'll do for the organization if hired. Usually these three consist of all higher ranking than you. They will come from within the organization, outside the organization, and from HR or management.
