J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez US Air Force (Washington, DC) en juin 2016

The "interview" process was more of a detailed package review. You submit a commander's application package which included items such as your letter of intent (i.e. cover letter), letters of recommendation, performance reports, picture, location preferences, resume, etc. Packages were reviewed by a headquarters level panel that first determined if your were selected to be a commander. If you were selected for command, you were subsequently matched to a location. Depending on the type of command position, there may be interview involved.
