This interview was for a special duty assignment as an instructor. The position was announced Air Force wide for those in the appropriate air force specialty code. The application process consisted of a military records review by your supervisor and their recomendation. Then you needed your commanding officer's recommendation and approval for early release from your curent assignment. Your package was sent to a review board for consideration. I was contacted by the highering agent for a 20 minute phone interview. My superviser was contacted for their inputs.

Just had to click a button on a website, and submit school records and PT test results. They found i was the best candidate. Found out that I was picked and started in a month after attending instructor school.

Didn't ask me anything, just picked me. Reviewed records and made sure no past of sexual assaults and gave me the thumbs up. Also made sure i had no financial troubles.
