The interview started with a job summary given by one of the people interviewing me. Then I was asked character questions and recalled many examples of how I handled different situations. I then gave qualifications from my previous experience, as to why I would be a great fit. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and get them answered. I was given a recap of the interview and timeframe when they would contact me either way.

The interview process was simple, You are asked questions by the hiring manager or supervisor. There were questions about experience and the core values and how to conduct yourself in a professional manner when dealing with difficult clients.
