J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez UPMC
Entretien
I was first contacted by phone to set up an interview a few weeks after I had submitted my application. The person who contacted me was pleasant and the conversation was brief. After the initial phone conversation, I received an email confirming my interview time and location. The email also included directions, maps, parking info, and contact information.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The interview was very standard, my interviewers were very nice and I felt comfortable sitting down and talking to them. No question really stands out as being difficult or unexpected. The questions related to my previous experience, why I was interested in the position, my ultimate career goals, and my attention to detail.

It was all pretty quick; they got back to you pretty fast regarding scheduleling. For the various research positions I interviewed for, there was one with your supervisors and then a peer interview, which may also include a director interview.

Question 1
They often ask about future plans since they want to ensure you can stay for the duration of the project.
A number of pre-set questions where you feel like you never have a good answer unless you happen to have been in the situation they're asking about. For one I gave a more conceptual answer and then they asked for something more specific about my experience in that situation (which I had never been in). Otherwise, pretty straightforward. Interviewed with a number of people from the team.
