I first completed a phone interview with HR where I was read a list of questions to answer. This interview was very scripted and rigid. I was contacted about a week later for a personal interview with dept. director. I attended the interview and was asked the same list of questions that I already answered for HR. This interview was much more personable and informative of specifics of the position.
