The interviewer was kind and informed me about the unit, and how scheduling works. They started by asking me to tell them about myself. Then proceeded to ask your typical interview questions: How would you define good performance and how have you exemplified your definition of good performance? Tell me about a time when something you said or did have a negative impact on someone else and what did you do. (This question stumped me). Tell me about a time you had to deal with an irate patient or customer and how you handled it and what the outcome was. Was there ever a time you were working understaffed, and you had to prioritize your duties, what did you do?
