It seems in Miami they only hire Puerto Ricans, or employees with no knowledge of English. Since the interview was conducted in Spanish i found it very uncomfortable since I could not express my answers properly.

In person-30 mints interview . The process was really quick and the management of store was well-structured. Manager and Assistant manager took the interview and asked me more about my experience for working in Sales and how do I tackle certain situations or My target achievements so far.

3. After a successful interview she set up an Skype interview with the regional manager
4. Got a call back for a job offer
