Entretien
There were two recruiters on a call and around 5 candidates. Each had to present their pitch. We had to explain how we would sell an object near us and connect it to UNICEF's values.
There were 4 interviewers, offline in their office, and went for 30-60 minutes. They responded to you quickly and you'll be called in a week if you pass the interview

Entretien
You have to do a trial shift which is unpaid and far to travel. Then endless questions that are really repepitive. Lots of typical questions about your strenghts and weakenesses and motivations.
