It was two steps, a technical written test and a competency based interview. The test had about 4 questions and the competency based was focused more on your personality .

One month after job application, I was invited for written assessment and moved to the next step for Competency Based Interview (CBT) by skype. 4 panel members and it took around 40 minutes.
