CV and cover letter had to be sent through a specific portal. After I was requested to do a written Test. The test took place at a specific date and time and I was asked to submit a PowerPoint presentation and answer a question regarding the area concerning the internship. After that I was invited to an interview through zoom of about 30 minutes

The panel was very friendly. They asked some general questions about my experiences and asked a situational question. They spent the first 15 minutes thinking about the organization and their projects.

How would you prepare your team to interview a X person at an event?
The interview was conducted virtually and included questions from several different panelist from various fictional areas across the organization. It lasted for about 30 minutes in total before the conversation concluded.

It was around only 15 minutes long. Before interview, I needed to submit the resume and recommendation letter by anyone. If you passed that, you can do job interview with UNICEF.
