Questions are based on competence and experience. One must have a scenario to answer the questions asked. Four set of questions are normally asked based on your worked experience. Avoid being nervous during the interview process.

How do you manage a difficult staff member while working in a team?
Intimidating in the beginning as interview was conducted with a panel of 4 people, but eased in to it as I drew from previous experiences to answer questions that were competency based.

I apply, get the invitation for written test after few days. Wait for 2 week to take the written test and then the interview. Everything takes around 3 months.
