First I applied online with a P11 Form and a cover letter. Then I received an invitation for a written test (technical test). Finally the was an in-person interview (mostly personality quistions).

Entretien
A month after the application deadline, I was invited for written tests for 3 local positions. The tests were online, received email with test attached and had to submit in one hour. The tests were lengthy case studies with a few questions.
It's been 6 weeks later and I am still waiting to hear back from UNHCR about the next steps. I sent a follow email last week and HR told me to be patient, that when it's been finalized they will contact me.
