Phone call, then if it went well, get and go to the second interview. This is in person with a tour of the facility and a saliva drug test, then get a job offer..

Basic easy questions signed offer letter within 10 mintues of being there and also took a mouth swab after. Was right before peak season, so they were hiring like crazy just to get people in the door.

They call you for a phone interview. After that, they email you to give you the location of the warehouse to do an in person interview. If selected, they’ll give you an orientation date.
