It was a pretty straight forward process. I initially applied online, they list offers on indeed as well as the company website, then I got a call for an over the phone interview, Once I did that, then I was scheduled for an in-person interview a week or so later. It went well, the only issue was lack of hospital experience. But hopefully, I can get in if I apply again. Their pharmacy manager is very open and kind, which is appreciated as a technician trying to move up in the field. She made the process feel like more of an open conversation as opposed to an answer-response interview.

On the day of the interview, the manager showed the work place around and later I was interviewed by a panel of 3 which lasted for 30 minutes. They look out for culturally fit candidates. They have great benefits. But I had to decline the offer as I wasn't flexible with shifts.
