A phone screen with a recuiter and then an on site interview with the hiring manager and some other employees who are on the team. Questions were mostly behaviorial. Afterwards there is a tour of the lab environment.

I applied online and HR contacted me after 2 weeks to schedule a phone interview. They asked about background and some behavioral questions. No technical questions. After the interview I never heard from them again. I emailed HR but no response. Based on the other interviews it seems common for HR to ignore candidates.
