I submitted an application and was contacted about a month later. There was a follow-up call after the email. An interview was scheduled about 1 month after I submitted the application. The position was not offered to me.

Super easy interview process and I was kinda shocked how nothing technical was asked, especially when you take in account the work you are required to do. For example, I applied for the Radio Frequency Intern position and absolutely nothing related to Radio Frequency was asked.

Asked a lot of behavioural questions about projects and stuff. Was on a Microsoft Teams call with someone from their hiring team. They were very enthused and disinterested. Didn't really ask any follow up questions

HR emailed to schedule an interview then had an interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager scheduled the following interview with the director. Within no more than a couple of days they shared the result via email.
