Recruiter was rude and had zero respect for my time. She was late to our scheduled meeting then appeared annoyed and disinterested. It sounded like she was reading from a script. I was allowed to ask a couple question before she abruptly ended the call. In my opinion the recruiter was ill prepared and sorely behind on her work. Truly a poor representation of UKG.

7-8 step process multiple discussions with recruiter and leadership from management to VP level. & final presentation. Average process for the role. Process from first recruiter discussion took about 3 months.
