Process took too long. Too many levels of different people. The hiring manager did not have the authority to make an offer. Job description was not clear. Verbal offer was not valid.

The interview process was very smooth. The recruiters were extremely professional and friendly at the same time. Couldn't of asked for a smoother process. I would highly recommend anyone to apply at UKG.
