Interviewed for a Lead Product Manager role in Dublin, Ireland. HR called me from France 15 minutes after our scheduled time. The salary range for a Lead role was not ideal to the market. I was still interested, wanting to meet the team and Hiring Manager. HR told me that we were two other promising candidates and that they intervewd and needed to evaluate my application, so I withdrew from the role on the call as this made me realize that they were looking for someone at a low rate. I had a negative experience as I was surrprised that my questions about company, office location, etc were not answerd.

Very transparent and easy. On intro call with recruiter, one interview with hiring manager and then another interview with two peers at the same time. Then final call with recruiter to gauge my interest and go over benefits and offer.
