I applied for this job and then was emailed requesting that I got a phone screening from someone in the hiring department. I responded with times I was available, then a week went by with no response from the recruiter. I emailed back again expressing that I am still interested and more times I was available. Still I was left with no response for another week. In the end, I waited almost 4 weeks for a response and followed up with an email each week with new availabilities since I was not getting a reply. Then, I received an email saying that I was rejected. I knew someone who worked there and they asked the hiring manager about it and the recruiter said she never sent me an initial email about a phone screening, so she lied. I would have loved to interview for this company, but I may have had a better experience and the ability to discuss my qualifications if the recruiter actually wanted to give me the time.
