Was contacted by company recruiter who asked me some questions about my current position and then scheduled an appointment with the hiring manager. Despite the hiring manager telling me he would follow up to set a date for a face to face interview I never heard back from them. When I spoke with the hiring manager he said multiple times that he would love to get together to speak with me in person over lunch and that he felt my skills fit the job requirements but that he wanted me to meet with a number of other people on the sales team first. When he asked if there was anything else I'd like to add I explained that I had a service dog that would need to travel with me for the rare travel that the job entailed. He said no problem and would be in touch. After multiple follow up attempts I finally received an email saying a decision would be made at end of the week. I then followed up with him a few days after I was supposed to have received a response and never heard anything back from them again; not even to let me know they found someone else and I was no longer being considered.
