Nothing to rave about...very disjointed and disorganized, I met with what seemed to be all of Ultimate Software, and it was obvious that no one prepared for the interview.

Asked the most asinine question I have ever heard in my life, "take me through how to tie your shoes"...I was flabbergasted.
In this order: Phone interview with contract in-house recruiter, in-person interview with two Customer Success Managers, phone interview with Rapid Response Team Manager, Offer. Be prepared for behavioral questions about how you handle customer/client issues, how well you work under pressure, and how well you work on a team. Be sure to ask a lot of questions about the environment, employee morale and expectations for work from home days so that you know what to expect and don't have any surprises.
