During COVID-19 period where employees were layoff and many of them were getting less salary. i have received an interview call from Kronos regarding the job opportunity, with HR i had scheduled my interview on Video call and i loved the interaction with the interviewer that how they have managed and hosted this interview and as well as loved the support and the way how HR describe about the Kronos to me. I really Appreciate the HR's they were very friendly and very helpful in nature, during this time i can't realize that i am speaking to HR of an Organization. Once i have done with my first Round, after few moments i got the update from HR side that it's a POSITIVE feedback from Interviewer for you. so they have requested me to share the suitable time slot for the next Round. when i have given Second Round, same happens after few moments i got a call from HR that it's a POSITIVE Feedback from the interviewer side. and same i have share the time slot for the third Round. when i cleared my Third Round i got a greeting call from HR side that i have cleared the Interview Rounds and soon they will share me the Offer letter. the duration from the Beginning till i got the offer letter they would took around 4-5 Working days only. i loved the Way they have examined me for this Role and the way they were sharing the feedback from the interview along with their Pros and Cons.
