J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez UKG (Weston, FL) en août 2018

      Entretien

I've interviewed several times at Ultimate Software and the experience has been shady. Very low morale for the recruiting department. Even if HR is not related to recruitment, for an HR company that takes pride in their system, at least implement a better recruiting tool. At first, I thought it was me, and then this happened to my husband as well. Everytime someone asks me about Ultimate Software experience, I will say that I am no longer drinking the kool aid for them being a top company. It seems this company hires entry level candidates, so they won't leave, and recruits cheerleaders for the company. Clearly, I could tell from the recruiting process that they have entry level recruiters handling HR/Recruitment. -Interviewed onsite, the manager told me they will call me for a follow up interview. Recruiter calls me the following day, calls me by a DIFFERENT name and when I CORRECT her, she then gets nervous, say she calls me back and says I wasn't offered a position. I mentioned the manager said she would move me along and to double check since she obviously didn't get my first name right. She said, she "stood correct" and "Sorry". -Another role I interviewed for... at this moment I was under another company that used Ultipro. I had taken a skills test, and they had send me an onboarding presentation (think this was a mistake). The recruiter calls me the following day and asked me if I used Ulti Pro? I answered that we used Ultipro to check our paystubs. She rudely replied, "Sorry we don't hire people with our same service. I am ending this interview." I was shocked with the delivery, but once again ENTRY LEVEL. Ultimate Software: Please improve your recruiting department. I won't mention names but clearly, it's is disorganized and lacks experience. One suggestion is try to hire recruiters that have more corporate experience of at least 5 years at higher organizations. This is what we do for my company, and why our recruiting department has had so much success. The two recruiters I worked with where in positions that had very little experience, and this is probably your error--just because someone is recommended doesn't mean they will make your company look great. Instead of so this "internal" referral system you have, try to look for better skill sets.
