It was fairly lengthy but the people were easy to talk to. There were multiple stages to the process which was somewhat difficult to manage. You had to make 4 great first impressions.

How do you keep in touch with prospects who aren't looking.
First round was not intense, interviewer asked basic questions about what makes me stand out as a sales candidate and what traits I have in other fields that can carry over to sales

Terrible process. Initial interview they were keen then when I met with the hiring manager he was disinterested. I am still waiting for an outcome from the interview :)
