Current employee referred me. I emailed an HR representative, who redirected me to another rep, and I was sent a coding challenge to be completed within an hour. Challenge was very straightforward, but my most familiar language wasn't an option to do the challenge in. Unfortunately the position got filled in, but it was an overall good experience.
