Applied online, had an initial telephone interview with Talent Acquisition within a week, followed by an interview with Practice Manager, team member and HR representative the following week. I spoke with very knowledgeable people that were familiar with the company and the Solutions Consultant role. They were informative and provided feedback regarding the hiring process.

Entretien
Very easy process but was kept as a bait for someone more qualified to accept the offer as I think the reason Finance Team said not to hire because of the budget constraint can't be possible after telling me that they are willing to offer me the role.

What do you think is the best part is about your job?
Through is the word that I would use to describe the interview process. I did not feel intimidated during the interview. I had a total of five interviews for my position.

Entretien
The whole interview lasted 12 minutes. The HR assigned to interview me was on a holiday and the substitute HR took 5 minutes to calculate if my salary expectations are within the budget.
I was asked what I know about the company and when I left my previous job.
The HR was not able to answer my questions and gave me information only about the interview process. Six months later and no feedback.
