I had recruiter screening, then a interview with 2 managers and lastly I had a team panel interview, basic behavior and a few technical questions were asked during the interview

Entretien
I was contacted via LinkedIn regarding the role. After an initial email conversation to confirm my interest I provided a copy of my CV. I had a call with the recruiter who asked about my career aspirations and covered what Kronos offered as a company. I was given an opportunity to ask questions about the organisation. Following the chat I was asked to complete an online Behavioural Assessment, which was interesting. An initial conversation was then had over the phone with the recruiting manager who explained more about the role and enquired about my career history and aspirations. They were open and honest throughout the conversation.
At this stage in the process I was offered a role by another company which I chose to take as it fit my immediate personal circumstances.
I found the whole interview process friendly and I felt that the recruiter and hiring manager at Kronos enjoyed their role and did a very good job of selling the company.
