Very flexible and laid back assessment centre carried out in the London Office. The employees were very friendly and very insightful. At the assessment centre, 2 group tasks were carried out. One was a simple half an hour exercise and the other a slightly more challenging 45 minute group exercise. The final exercise of the day was to prepare a presentation regarding a brief provided. The candidate was allowed 45 minutes to prepare a presentation before presenting to a panel of 2 assesors from the relevant field. A final face to face interview with the 2 assesors concluded the day.
