Online application, followed by casual interview in a Cafe. No awkward questions. Area manager and Team leader present. No pressure, informal, spoke about experience, availability and the job role, training etc etc

Very casual and relaxed in a cafe, the lady who interviewed me was really nice and down to earth. It was more about her telling me about the job role than asking questions.
