The initial screening is a two-step process. The first was a 40-minute quiz. This included components such as abstract reasoning and basic math questions. It also included a large working personality quiz, wherein for a given question you were asked what response of 3 best suited you, and then to provide the second best option that suited you.
The second component was answering 3 questions with video and audio. This involved questions such as why you chose the company and why you chose the discipline.
