Applied online by email. Was contacted end of day on the closing date of the position posting, for a phone screen to be completed 2 days later. I was advised I would be contacted within a week. Received a phone call the following morning for an interview with the Director of HR Operations and HR recruiter. The interview had an additional component. Complete a mock presentation to present at the end of the interview. I had the opportunity to meet another member of the Learning and Development team. She had some questions and I was able to ask my own questions. I was called a couple of days later for another interview with the Director of Sales Operations and Director of HR Operations the following day. Received an offer within a week. The whole process was very organized. Everyone should leave an interview feeling that they want to be part of that company/team. That's exactly how I felt leaving both interviews. Very professional and dedicated to making the person feel that they can ask any question they like.
