easy and fast interview with great first impression that include lots of promises and financial opportunities within the company. very thorough HR process and easy to follow instructions. had to follow up with recruiter and HR a couple times when there was delayed communication. great first impression to hook you into getting excited for the work but reality hits you once you start working and experience the toxic management and unrealistic expectations.
