2 Rounds of Interviews, 1st was relatively informal an 2nd was more formal, which itself had 2 interviews . Only 2 or 3 people went forward in the 2nd interview, which had three interviews. Pretty standard format and questions and no IQ or other type tests. No one from outside IT involved in the interview process.
