Interview process was over four stages.
Initial application, which consisted of CV and Cover letter.
Telephone Interview, approx 45 minutes.
Face to face interview with HR head and Business lead
Final round Interview with Business Lead and Department Head

Main interest was about skill set. Wanting to know about candidates ability to learn and develop new skills. Strong emphasis on achievements and work ethic also.
