I first had a short phone screening with my recruiter and had to complete a Wonderlic assessment afterwards, which wasn't too bad. A few days later, I was invited to an in-person interview.
Going into the interview, I didn't know what to expect other than the typical behavioral questions. When I arrived, I had to complete another Wonderlic assessment except on paper, which I struggled to complete in time. After that, I spoke with two people, one of them being the CEO, and it was pleasant and relatively casual. Typical interview questions here, getting to know you, etc.
When this concluded, I was thrown into a programming assessment with two of their software engineers. They asked me questions about Java and then asked me to code a few basic things. I came into the interview expecting behavioral questions only, so admittedly I was nervous and unprepared, blanking on the coding section. UDA ghosted me after the interview and did not tell me whether I got a job offer or not. Overall, I think I would've performed better in this interview if I was told I would undergo another IQ and programming assessment.
