Applied online, and was brought in for a panel interview within a few days. I was interviewed by 3 managers and the department director. Immediately after interview 5 references were requested 2 of them have to be your managers and you have only 24hrs to enter them into the system. Had I known they weren't seriously considering me I wouldn't have bothered my references, it was a total waste of time.
